Digital doodle with Sketchbook. I'm actually liking the free-flow feel to the program. It's not so hot for inking, mostly because my hand is very "undiciplined" but it gets the energy I usually put in traditional sketches.

Sketchbook and Manga Studio both I like the pencil tools. Manga Studio Inks may be a little better. Check some of the settings they may help clean up your ink line.
Corel Paint I'm just started to learn how to use but so far I like ArtRage better for painting especially for the price of it.
